Yes, you will need to maintain your own active subscriptions for these platforms. This ensures you maintain full data ownership and security over your business infrastructure. I am happy to advise you on which subscription tiers fit your project scale.
Do I need to share my main account login credentials with you?
For your security, you do not need to share your primary passwords. You can easily invite me as a collaborator or developer directly through the workspace settings in Airtable, Softr, and n8n.
Why do you use n8n for automations instead of Zapier or Make?
n8n is highly scalable and incredibly powerful for complex enterprise operations. It handles advanced data mapping, looping, custom JavaScript nodes, and complex conditional branches much more cost-effectively than traditional rigid automation platforms.
Can you host self-hosted n8n instances, or do you only use n8n Cloud?
I work comfortably with both. If you are using n8n Cloud, I just need workspace access. If you prefer a self-hosted instance (via Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean) to eliminate recurring automation volume costs, I can assist you with that configuration.
