Do you need admin access to my org?
Yes — System Administrator access to a sandbox (preferred) or production. I build and test in a sandbox first, then deploy.
Can you fix work another developer left broken?
Yes. Send me the org and a description of what's wrong. I'll audit it and quote the fix.
Will my data be safe?
I'll sign your NDA before access. I never export data outside your org without written permission.
What if my requirement doesn't fit any package?
Message me — most of my work goes out as custom offers with a fixed scope and price.
Do you provide support after delivery?
3/7/14 days free depending on package, and a 30-day retainer is available as an extra.
Which Salesforce clouds do you cover?
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Can you integrate DocuSign or PandaDoc with Salesforce?
Yes. Envelope generation from records, template mapping, status write-back so the opportunity updates when a document is signed, and completed documents filed against the right record. I've built full NDA-and-signature gated flows this way.
Can you connect my website form to Salesforce?
Yes — WordPress, Webflow, or custom. Web-to-Lead for simple cases, REST API when you need field mapping, deduplication, or routing logic.
Should I use Zapier or a custom integration?
I'll tell you honestly before you order. Zapier is fine for low-volume one-directional flows and gets expensive and fragile at scale. I build either.
Do you work with Box or document storage APIs?
Yes — file sync, folder structures mapped to Salesforce records, and permission mirroring.
