What do I need from you to get started?
Before the documentation starts, you need to provide a demo account on your application so that I can take fresh screenshots to make KB articles more appealing.
What if the UI changes later on?
Not a problem. Although better-suited to create the help center after the UI is finalized, I do not charge for screen updates later on.
What if I need changes after the order is completed?
If the changes are required in the existing content, they can be done totally free. However, if the changes include further additions in the knowledge base, it will be charged accordingly.
What happens after the knowledge base is created?
To make an effective knowledge base, work starts once the help center is online. This is because it needs to remain updated at all times. Once created, I can assist you with documenting all the front-end enhancements shipped in monthly release via documenting release notes merged into existing KB.
Which Knowledge Base Creation Tools can I use?
I have worked on the following tools: HubSpot Service Hub (My favorite considering the ease of use) Tawk.to (Affordable option but needs separate text and image blocks with no auto-save) Notion BetterDocs (Again requires too much manual effort) Intercom Freshdesk
What if you are using a Knowledge Base creation tool and need my email address to create my user?
Sometimes, there is a need to add a user to the KB creation tool so that I can start working. Thankfully, we are allowed to share such details once the order is placed and as per the guidelines, this exchange is facilitated by the Orders page.
