Should I choose Hermes Agent or OpenClaw?
Hermes is best if you want an agent with long term memory that learns new skills over time. OpenClaw suits a simpler personal AI assistant. Tell me your use case and I will recommend one honestly.
What do I need before ordering?
A VPS (Hetzner, DigitalOcean or similar, about $5 to $10 a month) or a Mac or PC that stays on, plus an API key from Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter or another provider. I can help you choose both.
Are server and API costs included?
No. Your VPS, AI model usage and any WhatsApp or telephony fees are billed directly by those providers. I set cost limits in Standard and Premium so your spending stays predictable.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. The agent runs on your own server, so your data stays with you. I lock down the server with a firewall, a non root user and protected API keys, and Premium adds SSL and backups.
Can you connect it to WhatsApp or Telegram?
Yes. Basic includes one channel, Standard two and Premium up to four, choosing from Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord and Slack.
What if something breaks after delivery?
You get 3, 7 or 14 days of support depending on your package. The recorded walkthrough and documentation also show you how to restart, update and manage the agent yourself.
