It started off well but then progressed poorly. I provided the initial UI, hoping to get a revamped design back, as we agreed, but that did not happen. Insufficient progress has been made on the UI. It required a fair bit of back and forth to get the work done and I had the impression of overall lack of work independence by the Seller.
