What do you need to start my project?
Please send your survey, sketch, existing map, aerial image, measurements, property details, or any reference material you have.
Can you create a map from a simple sketch?
Yes. I can work from a clear hand-drawn sketch or reference image and turn the information into a clean, organized map.
Can you show property boundaries and plot divisions?
Yes. I can include property boundaries, individual plots, roads, buildings, labels, dimensions, and other details based on the information you provide.
Can you create subdivision maps?
Yes. I can create subdivision layouts showing individual lots, access roads, boundaries, labels, and other requested details.
What file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, I can provide high-quality PDF, PNG/JPG, and other agreed formats. Editable/source files can also be included where applicable.
Can you make changes after the first draft?
Yes. Revisions are included according to the package you select. I recommend providing all your requirements before I begin so the first draft is as accurate as possible.
