About me
I have nearly 20 years of experience working with HR and Payroll systems and business teams, including around 12 years in project management. I specialise in HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management implementations, supporting planning, governance, data migration, integrations, testing, parallel runs, cutover and go-live. I provide project health checks, readiness reviews and delivery oversight, and can support internal client project teams or Project Managers who need experienced HRIS project guidance.
