No I am not a programer I just use tools like manychat and chatgpt which don't require any programing and I design the flows basically using them.

It is useful in many way, for example it can respond to people how send you messages on your instagram account, facebook page, whatsapp or telegram and respond just like a human would which will save you alot of time.
