This gig is focused on troubleshooting existing monitoring environments. If you need a new installation or a larger monitoring setup, please contact me before ordering so I can check whether I can help.
What should I send you before the session?
Please send a short description of the problem, what you expected to happen, and any relevant logs, screenshots or configuration files. Remove passwords, tokens, API keys and other secrets before sending anything.
Do you need access to my server?
Not always. Many issues can be diagnosed from logs, configuration and screenshots. If direct access is needed, we can discuss a safe way to provide temporary access after I review the problem.
