Can you write my employment contracts?
No. Contracts for individual employees are legal documents, so please use an employment lawyer or the Fair Work Ombudsman's free templates. I can write the position description and onboarding documents that go with them.
Which award applies to my staff?
I can't give you a formal answer, but I can point you to the Fair Work Ombudsman's Find my award tool. Your position descriptions can then use the right classification wording.
Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
My documents are written for Australian workplaces. They won't suit other countries' laws. However, I have experience and knowledge for the UK as well as Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Message me to see if I can help.
Can you include my company values and style?
Yes. Send me anything you already have, such as values, your website or existing documents.
Do you use AI?
I write and edit every document myself, using your details and my HR experience. I may use tools for spelling and formatting checks, but nothing is delivered without my full review.
