Do I need to already have a Substack account, or can you create one from scratch?
Either way works. If you don't have one yet, I'll create and configure it from the ground up. If you already have an account, I can work within it or rebuild the structure as needed.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Your niche/topic, target audience, any existing branding (logo, colors, bio), and a sense of your content goals (personal blog, business newsletter, monetized publication, etc.). The more context you give me upfront, the faster and more tailored the setup.
Will you write my newsletter content for me?
Setup and structure are the focus of this gig. I build the framework your content lives in. If you also need writing support, message me and I can scope that separately or point you to what a custom package would look like.
Can you set up Substack paid subscriptions and monetization?

Can you migrate my existing newsletter (from Mailchimp, Beehiiv, etc.) to Substack?

Do you help with the Substack app / notes / discovery features, or just the publication itself?
My core packages focus on the publication setup itself (branding, structure, monetization). If you want help with a broader growth or discovery strategy, that's something we can discuss as an add-on.
How long does the whole process take?
Depends on the tier. Basic is typically 1 days, Standard 3 days, Premium 5 days. Turnaround can flex based on how quickly I get your info and feedback.
Is this a one-time setup, or do you offer maintenance afterward?
The gig itself is a one-time setup, but Standard and Premium includes a custom video walkthrough so you can manage things independently afterward. If you want ongoing help, message me, that's something we can arrange outside the standard packages.
