SaltOfEarth Technologies LLC

SaltOfEarth Technologies LLC • Self-employed

Nov 2021 - Present • 4 yrs 10 mos

As founder of SaltOfEarth Technologies, I focus on AI automation, business strategy, and custom web solutions for small-to-medium businesses. I've built systems that streamline workflows, developed AI-powered tools like AutoSocial™ (a social media automation tool) and LEG-AI (a lead generation tool), and helped clients bridge the gap between legacy operations and modern tech. My work utilizes technical execution and strategic consulting—whether that's building a custom website or webapp, optimizing SEO for local businesses, or designing scalable automation frameworks. I thrive in the messy middle where business needs meet technical possibility, turning "we need this to work better" into actual functional results.

Jan 2013 - Dec 2019 • 6 yrs 11 mos

Working as a technical contractor in Texas gave me the freedom to dive deep into a wide range of projects—both paid and volunteer—that shaped my skill-set in ways traditional employment never could. I'm largely self-taught, which meant learning by doing. Building websites from scratch, optimizing for SEO, developing marketing strategies, and even producing podcast audio when clients needed it; there was always a task that no one knew how to do yet I seemed to be able to find the answer. The variety kept me sharp. One week I'd be troubleshooting WordPress back-ends, the next I'd be crafting content strategies or editing audio for a local podcast series. I learned to adapt quickly, communicate clearly with non-technical clients, and deliver results without the luxury of a safety net. It wasn't always glamorous, but it taught me resilience, resourcefulness, and how to turn ambiguity into opportunity which I could learn from.
