I will build a custom bioinformatics tools in python
About this Gig
Need to analyze biological data sequences, mutations, or protein structures but don't want to spend weeks writing scripts from scratch? I build Python bioinformatics tools that do the analysis and give you clean, usable output.
What I've built: a CRISPR gene editing simulator (857 PAM sites scanned on the HBB gene), a COVID variant mutation tracker (Omicron BA.3.2, 91 mutations identified), a protein structure analyzer (sickle cell E6V and BRCA1 C61G tested), and a drug-target interaction explorer (Imatinib mapped to 45 targets).

My stack: Python, Biopython, Pandas, NumPy, MySQL, Streamlit, Py3Dmol, NCBI Entrez, RCSB PDB, ChEMBL.
What you get:
- Working code, not pseudocode
- Real data from public databases, not toy examples
- Clean structure, documented
- 30 days of bug fixes
Send me a brief what biological data you have, what question you're trying to answer, what output you need. I'll reply within 24 hours with a quote and timeline.

FAQ
What kind of biological data can you work with?
DNA/RNA sequences (FASTA), protein structures (PDB), gene expression tables (CSV), variant data (VCF), and any public bio database via API.
Do you provide the data?
No. You bring the data or the biological question. I fetch from public sources if needed — NCBI, PDB, ChEMBL.
Can you build a tool for my specific organism?
Yes, as long as reference data exists for it. Universal tools are my specialty — same engine, any organism.
How do I know the tool works?
I send a screen recording of it running on real data. You can test it before final delivery
What makes your work different from other developers?
I've shipped 5 deployed bio-data applications in 17 days. My tools run on real data from NCBI, ChEMBL, and PDB — and one was publicly validated by the CEO of an AI-native eClinical company.
