What do you need to get started?
I’ll let you know exactly what access is needed. This is usually WordPress admin access, and sometimes I may need hosting or cPanel access.
Is this a one-time service or monthly support?
This is a monthly service designed for ongoing website updates and maintenance, not a one-time fix.
What type of websites do you manage?
I work with all types of WordPress websites, as long as the requested work fits within the selected package scope.
What kind of content updates are included?
Content updates include text edits, image replacement, link updates, and changes on existing pages only.
How do you handle requests outside the package scope?
If something falls outside my package scope, I’ll let you know and suggest the next steps, pricing, or a custom offer based on your needs.
Are new pages or redesigns included?
No. New page creation, redesigns, or major layout changes are not included in this service.
How do content limits work in each package?
Essential includes up to 2 content changes. Ongoing includes up to 2 hours per month. Priority includes up to 4 hours per month.
Do you provide performance optimization or SEO?
No. This service focuses on maintenance and updates. Performance optimization and SEO are separate services.
Is live Zoom support included?
Zoom calls are included in Ongoing (30 minutes) and Priority (60 minutes) packages only.
What if I need more work than my package allows?
You can upgrade your package or request a custom or hourly offer based on your needs.
