What do you need to start the task?
I need WordPress admin access and hosting/cPanel (or FTP). If your site uses premium themes or plugins, I may need an active license or updated files. If you’re unsure, I can guide you.
Do you fix issues caused by WordPress, theme, or plugin updates?
Yes. I fix issues caused by WordPress core updates, theme updates, and plugin updates, including conflicts, broken layouts, and functionality problems.
Do you take a backup before working on the site?
Yes. I take a full backup before starting whenever possible. If the website is completely down or inaccessible, a backup may not be possible.
What types of WordPress issues can you fix?
I can help with critical errors, white screens, broken layouts, theme and plugin conflicts, Elementor, Avada or other page builder issues, update-related bugs, and general WordPress troubleshooting.
How many issues are included in each package?
Each package clearly defines how many issues are included. If additional issues are discovered during troubleshooting, I’ll inform you and suggest the best option (upgrade or custom offer) before proceeding.
Can you fix issues on a live or production website?
Yes. I regularly work on live websites and take precautions to minimize risk. However, having a staging site is always recommended if available.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. I provide up to 14 days of post-delivery support to ensure the original issue remains resolved and stable. If problems related to the completed fix appear during this time, I will assist. New issues or changes outside the original scope may require a separate order.
What if the issue is more complex than expected?
Some issues require deeper investigation. If that happens, I’ll explain the situation clearly and recommend the best solution before continuing.
Is website redesign or new feature development included?
No. This gig is focused on fixing existing WordPress issues and bugs. Design changes, new features, or major customizations are not included and may require a separate gig or custom offer.
Is ongoing maintenance or long-term support included in this gig?
No. This gig covers fixing the reported issue only. Ongoing maintenance or long-term support is handled through my separate WordPress maintenance gig.
