I have been working in recruitment since 2016, starting as an Interim Recruitment Manager and later specializing in talent sourcing, 360 recruitment and job coaching. Over the years I have worked with various companies across the Netherlands. For the past three years my main focus has been supporting international professionals. I work with expats, highly skilled migrants, refugees and status holders who want to build a career in the Netherlands. Through my work with organizations and training programs I help newcomers position themselves in the Dutch job market. This includes CV feedback, interview preparation and guidance on how to present international experience clearly. Because I work in recruitment daily, I know how recruiters and ATS systems screen CVs and applications.
