I will audit your wordpress and PHP site for speed security and PHP 8 upgrade

About this gig
Your WordPress or PHP site still works. But you do not really know what is outdated in it, what is slow, or what would break if your host forced a PHP upgrade tomorrow.
I look, and I tell you plainly.
What I check:
PHP version in use and what actually breaks when you move to PHP 8
Plugins and themes that are abandoned, duplicated or known to be vulnerable
Database queries and page load times, and which pages are worst
Security basics: file permissions, exposed admin paths, outdated core, weak configuration
Custom code quality, and where it will cost you later
You get a written report in plain language, every finding ranked: fix now, fix soon, safe to leave. Not a scan tool export. Not a list of scare words to sell you a retainer. If something is fine, I say it is fine.
Premium adds rough hours and cost per fix, so you can decide what to do yourself, what to hand to your developer, and what to skip. It also includes a 60 minute call.
I have worked in PHP and WordPress since 2013, including legacy sites nobody wanted to touch. I am not here to sell you a rebuild.
Read only access is enough. I change nothing on your site unless you ask.

FAQ
What access do you need from me?
Read only is enough: WordPress admin with a viewer or editor role, plus hosting or cPanel access to see the PHP version and error logs. If you would rather not give logins, a full backup or repo zip works too. I never change anything without asking first.
Do you fix the problems too or only report them?
This gig is the audit and the plan. Once you have the report you can hand it to your own developer, do it yourself, or ask me for a quote on the fixes you want done. Nobody is locked in, and I will say honestly when a fix is small enough to not be worth paying for.
