FAQ
1️⃣ What is Google Ads offline conversion tracking, and why do I need it?
Offline conversion tracking lets you send real sales or qualified lead data from your CRM back to Google Ads. This is important because normal tracking only records clicks or form submissions, not revenue. By sending actual results, it optimizes for high-quality leads, reduces spend & improves CPA.
2️⃣ What if I don’t want to use Zapier? Can you set it up another way?
Not necessarily! I offer a flexible solution. If you want to avoid monthly Zapier fees, I can set up the automation using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and custom Google Sheets Apps Script for free. However, if you prefer Zapier, I can set that up too.
3️⃣ What access do you need to get started?
Yes, depending on your setup. For Google Ads offline conversion tracking, I may need access to your CRM (HubSpot, GHL, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), Google Tag Manager, Google Sheets, and sometimes the website CMS.
4️⃣ Can you integrate with my CRM?
Yes. I support almost all major CRMs, including HubSpot, GoHighLevel (GHL), Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and even custom database setups via Webhooks or Google Sheets.
5️⃣ Can you fix my existing broken tracking setup?
Yes! I specialize in debugging and fixing issues like "Missing GCLID," "Conversion Action not firing," or "Data mismatch" between your CRM and Google Ads.
6️⃣ Will you help me understand how the system works?
Of course. I provide clear explanations and documentation so you know exactly how your conversions are tracked and how your automations are running.
7️⃣ I use Google Sheets as my CRM. Can you automate this?
Yes, I can! I will write a custom script that automatically sends new sales from your Google Sheets directly to Google Ads as offline conversions. No manual uploads are required.
8️⃣ Can I track only "Qualified Leads" or "Converted" sales instead of all leads?
Yes! This is the best strategy. We shouldn't send every lead back to Google. I will configure the system to send only Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) or final Converted customers to Google Ads.
9️⃣ Do you provide support after the project is completed?
Yes, I provide 14 days of free support after delivery to ensure everything is running smoothly. If any issue arises with the GTM, Zapier, or CRM sync, I will fix it for free.
🔟 Can you set up Facebook Offline Conversions (CAPI) alongside Google Ads?
Absolutely! Since I use GTM Server-Side and Zapier, I can easily send the same offline conversion data to Facebook (Meta) Conversions API.
