Yes. Please send an anonymized sample, the imaging modality, requested structures, number of cases, approximate slice count, and desired output format. I will review the scope and recommend the appropriate package or a custom offer.
What does one tagged item mean?
One tagged item means one 2D CT or MRI slice annotated for one anatomical structure. The package limit applies to the total number of annotated slices across all submitted scans.
What if I need multiple anatomical structures?
Each package covers one structure, anatomical region, or connected vascular system. Additional organs, vessels, lesions, or labels are priced separately. Mixed or multi-structure projects may require a custom offer.
Which medical imaging formats do you accept?
I accept anonymized DICOM, NIfTI, NRRD, and other formats supported by 3D Slicer. Please contact me before ordering if your data uses a different format or includes multiple imaging phases.
Which output formats can you deliver?
Available outputs include SEG.NRRD, NRRD, NIfTI, STL, OBJ, PLY, screenshots, and 3D Slicer project files. Please specify the required format and intended use before the project begins.
How are price and delivery time determined?
The scope depends on estimated working time, anatomical complexity, image quality, number of structures, cases, and slices. If the work exceeds a standard package, I will provide a custom offer before starting.
Can I send patient medical imaging data?
Only send data that has been fully anonymized and that you are authorized to share. Remove all patient-identifying information before uploading. This service is intended for research, education, and visualization—not medical diagnosis.
