Turn your property photos and footage into a polished listing video that helps buyers understand the space.
I edit supplied listing photography, phone footage, professional video, drone clips and floor plans into clean property tours and social reels. Your real property stays at the center: thoughtful room sequencing, smooth motion, readable feature titles, licensed music and agent or broker branding.
Production includes professional editing, color and exposure matching, motion graphics and carefully paced transitions. I preserve the property's structure and features and use only details you confirm. I do not invent rooms, views, amenities or finishes.
Choose a short Listing Reel, a fuller Property Tour, or a Listing Media Package with a master tour and two social cutdowns.
Please provide your selected media, logo, approved property details and intended publishing format. Filming, drone capture and voiceover are not included. Contact me before ordering if your files need extensive repair, the project includes multiple properties, or you need a longer video.

Do you film the property or provide drone footage?
I edit media you supply. On-site filming, photography and drone capture are not included. I can combine your photographer’s images, phone clips and approved drone footage.
Can you create a video from photos alone?
Yes. Controlled pans and zooms, clean transitions, music and titles turn supplied photographs into a polished property presentation. No invented rooms or unprovided views.
Will you change the property with AI?
I do not add rooms, pools, views, finishes or amenities. Color, exposure and client-approved cosmetic corrections can improve presentation while preserving the structure and features. Virtual staging and architectural visualization are outside these packages.
Can I add my branding and contact details?
Yes. Supply your logo, brand colors and exact public agent or broker contact details. You approve all property facts and any required brokerage or listing disclosures.
Which video formats are included?
Basic and Standard each include one 1080p format: 16:9 landscape OR 9:16 vertical. Premium includes a landscape master plus two vertical cutdowns up to 20 seconds each, using the same approved media and concept.
Is music or voiceover included?
Suitable AI-assisted background music and voiceover is included. For voice-over please supply the script. If supplying music, please confirm that you have permission for its intended commercial use.
How much source material can I send?
One property per order. Basic: up to 15 selected photos/clips and 3 minutes of footage. Standard: 30 assets and 8 minutes. Premium: 45 assets and 15 minutes. These are source limits, not final video runtimes.
What revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2 consolidated rounds. Revisions cover edits within the original brief and supplied media. A new concept, extra runtime, replacement footage or different property requires additional scope.
