Messy order exports make it hard to trust sales numbers. I clean ecommerce CSV/Excel files and, in reporting packages, turn them into a clear KPI summary.
I check duplicates using agreed rules, standardize dates, numbers and text, flag missing values, and document changes. Every package includes cleaned data and a quality summary. Standard and Premium include agreed KPIs, charts and a PDF report.
Basic: 1 file, up to 100 rows and 20 columns.
Standard: 1 file, up to 1,000 rows and 20 columns; 4 KPIs, 2 charts and a one-page PDF.
Premium: up to 2 same-structure files, 3,000 total rows and 20 columns each; 6 KPIs, 4 charts and a two-page PDF.
KPIs depend on your data. Profit needs cost data; conversion rate needs traffic or session data. I will not invent missing facts.
Please send an authorized, redacted sample, column meanings and your business questions. The gallery sample is an independent practice project using public UCI Online Retail data, not client work. Reports are static. Live integrations, scraping, key-based joins, complex tax/refund reconciliation and ongoing automation are outside this gig. Message me first for complex or urgent work.

What do you need to get started?
Please upload your CSV or Excel file and explain what you want cleaned or analyzed. For reports, share your preferred KPIs and any rules for duplicates, returns, or missing values. Remove unnecessary personal or sensitive information before uploading.
Can you work with Shopify or other ecommerce exports?
Yes, I can work with readable CSV or Excel sales exports from Shopify and other ecommerce platforms. This service uses the files you provide; it does not include account access, live connections or integrations.
Which KPIs can you include in my report?
Depending on your data, I can report sales, order count, average order value, units sold, top products and sales by period. Standard includes 4 agreed KPIs and Premium includes 6. Profit needs cost data; conversion rate needs traffic data
How do you handle duplicates and missing values?
I check duplicates using agreed identifiers and rules. Repeated product lines are not automatically treated as duplicates. Missing values are flagged and handled according to your instructions; I do not invent sales, prices or costs.
What files will I receive?
All packages include a cleaned CSV or Excel file and a short quality summary. Standard also includes 2 charts and a one-page PDF report. Premium includes 4 charts and a two-page PDF report. Reports are static; interactive dashboards are not included.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers changes to delivered work within the agreed scope, such as formatting or chart labels. New files, KPIs, or analysis need a separate quote. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2.
Can you work with larger or multiple files?
Yes. Send a redacted sample so I can confirm the structure, scope, timeline, and custom price. Premium covers up to two files with the same structure; key-based joins require a custom offer.
