Do you build for both Android and iOS?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages include both Android and iOS apps from one codebase. The Basic package covers Android only. If you need iOS on a smaller budget, message me before ordering and I’ll make you a custom offer.
How do the alerts get delivered?
Alerts go out as push notifications, and I can add SMS and email through services like Firebase and Twilio. Third-party SMS services charge their own usage fees, which are paid directly by you.
Can I send alerts to specific groups, like one campus, one class, or only staff?
Yes. The admin dashboard can send alerts to all users or to selected groups. Multi-campus control is included in the Premium package.
Is student and parent data kept secure?
I use secure login, encrypted data storage, and role-based access so only authorized staff can send alerts or view reports. Every school has its own legal and privacy requirements, so please confirm what applies to you. I’m happy to build around them.
Will you publish the app to Google Play and the App Store?
App submission is included in the Premium package. For other packages, I can add it as an extra, or give you a step-by-step guide. You will need your own developer accounts, which are paid to Google and Apple.
Do I get the source code?
Source code is included with the Standard and Premium packages. For Basic, it can be added as an extra.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Send me your school or organization name, the number of users, the types of alerts you need, your branding (logo and colors), and any systems you want it to connect to. The more detail I have up front, the faster I can deliver.
