Get a fully customized training program for you based on your athletic level, available equipment and how much time you want to train per week. Based on these criteria's I will optimize your time in the gym, field or track so that you develop your athletic abilities as much as possible. I follow a thorough progression in the training so you can work your way into the program. Each week is different from another so your body and mind is always being challenged. At the end of the program more challenging exercise are being introduced so you can take your athletic form to the next level! The programs are based on my 10+ years working experience as sports performance coach and my educational background with a Masters degree in sports science and data science from top universities in the world.


Each program has instructional videos for all exercises that is performed by pro-athletes and they have descriptions how to setup each exercise and what technique cues to follow.

All information about sets, reps, recommended weights and rest between sets are in the document as well as how you setup your fundamental athletic posture to use during training.
