This hands-on experience with crafting cocktails and running the bar gives me firsthand insight into how a menu actually functions in a live setting: readability under low light, logical flow between categories, and pricing that's easy to scan quickly. That perspective directly shaped the design of COCO's cocktail and shots menu.
