If after diagnosis I determine the issue is outside the scope of the package or not fixable, I will let you know before doing any work and offer a full refund.
Do you work on staging or directly on my live site?
Whenever possible I work on a staging copy first to avoid any risk to your live site. If no staging is available I take a full backup before touching anything.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin credentials and, if needed, FTP or hosting panel access. All shared securely via Fiverr's encrypted system.
