AI Tools for business
About this Gig
Tired of juggling multiple course files in your LMS? Ill professionally merge your existing SCORM, xAPI, or HTML5 courses into a single, clean package that's easier to launch, track, and maintain. You send the packages; I deliver a ready-to-upload file.
What you get:
- A single merged course package built from your existing modules
- Professional course metadata: title, description, keywords for clean LMS organization
- Custom ordering of modules so your learners see a logical, guided path
- Your choice of tracking style: (1) One course with one completion status; or (2) multiple trackable items (each module as its own SCO)
- Output in the standard you need: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 (3rd edition recommended), xAPI (Tin Can), or HTML5 without tracking
How it helps you:
- Cleaner learner experience: learners see one organized course instead of a messy list of separate uploads
- Less admin hassle: upload and configure one package instead of many
- Better reporting: choose how granular your completion tracking should be
- Future-proofing: your content is packaged to align with widely supported elearning standards

FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I accept zip files in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI (Tin Can), and HTML5 course packages. If your files are in a different format, contact me first—I may be able to help or recommend a workaround.
What's the difference between Single Course Aggregation and Multi-SCO tracking?
Single Course Aggregation merges everything into one course that shows one completion status in your LMS—learners see it as one unified course. Multi-SCO tracking keeps each original module separate, so your LMS can track completion for each module individually while they're still grouped together.
What output standard should I choose?
SCORM 2004 (3rd edition) is recommended for most modern LMS platforms. SCORM 1.2 is more compatible with older LMS systems. xAPI is best if you want rich analytics and learner experience data. HTML5 works everywhere but doesn't track completion in an LMS.
Can you merge packages that use different standards?
Yes. If you have a mix of SCORM and HTML5 packages, I can merge them. The output will be in the standard you request, and I'll ensure compatibility across all source files.
Do you customize the course order?
Yes. You can tell me the order you want modules to appear, and I'll arrange them accordingly.
Will my LMS recognize the merged package?
The merged package will be a standard-compliant file (SCORM, xAPI, or HTML5). If you're unsure what format your LMS needs, tell me the LMS name and I can advise.
