This seller attempts to blackmail the buyer in order to elicit more money. I paid for a service and she did not complete the service as requested. She then asked for more money to compete the service as requested. In order to get the job done

Ongoing collaboration
Task was to remove a person from photo however lots of issues - changing faces, missing shoulder, adding pretend arm, touch up faces. Can’t use photo. Asked for faces ti be original photo and was told it would cost more.
