About this gig
Packages cover one residential building up to two storeys and 250 m² total floor area, based on a completed design. Basic requires a usable client-supplied 3D model. Standard and Premium include exterior modelling from complete, dimensioned plans and elevations.
Revisions cover minor adjustments to materials, lighting and landscaping within the agreed brief. Each round consists of one consolidated feedback list. Design changes, new camera views after approval, additional modelling and expanded scope are quoted separately. Corrections to my own errors are included.
