FAQ
What credentials do you need to start working ?
To get started, I’ll need temporary WordPress admin dashboard access and the hosting control panel or SMTP access . If the issue is not related to email delivery, then only WordPress admin dashboard access will be ok. All credentials are handled securely and confidentially.
Which WordPress form plugins do you work with?
I work with all major WordPress form plugins, including Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor Forms, Forminator, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, MetForm, SureForms, JotForm integration, and many more. If you’re unsure which plugin you’re using, I can check and advise you.
Will you fix email issues and spam problems with my form?
Yes. I can fix forms not sending emails, configure SMTP properly, set up reCAPTCHA and anti-spam protection, and ensure form submissions are delivered reliably to both admin and users.
Can you set up a professional WP Form, Elementor Form, CF7, Met Form, or Gravity Form?
Yes, I can set up and customize WP Forms, Elementor Forms, Contact Form 7 (CF7), Met Forms, and Gravity Forms. Additionally, I work with Ninja Forms, Forminator Forms, Sure Forms, Fluent Forms, HappyForms, Everest Forms, Formidable Forms, and Jot Forms to ensure your website captures data perfectly.
Do you create advanced forms using conditional logic form features?
Absolutely. I can design a high-end conditional logic form that shows or hides specific fields based on user input. This creates a personalized experience for your visitors and is perfect for complex booking forms, detailed surveys, or multi-step quote requests that require smart functionality.
Are you able to help with fixing form submission issues or email delivery problems?
Yes, I specialize in fixing form submission issues to ensure you never miss a lead. Whether your forms are not sending emails, showing "spinning" icons, or failing to save entries, I can troubleshoot the root cause—including SMTP configuration and plugin conflicts—to get your forms working perfectly
