What do you need from me to get started?
Your PBX/server access (or VPS details), your SIP trunk provider details if you have one, and a short list of extensions/users you need. If you have none of these yet, message me and I will guide you first.
Can you fix one-way audio, no audio or SIP registration failed errors?
Yes. These are my most common jobs. I check NAT, firewall, codecs, SIP settings and trunk configuration to find the real cause, then test inbound and outbound calls with you before closing the order.
Do I need my own server and SIP trunk provider?
No. I can set up your PBX on a VPS or a local server and recommend a SIP trunk provider based on your country and call volume, then configure and test it for you.
Which platforms do you work on?
3CX, FreePBX, Asterisk, Issabel, VICIdial, FusionPBX and FreeSwitch, plus IP phones, softphones, SIP trunks, DID numbers, IVR, ring groups, queues and call recording.
Will you test everything before delivery?
Yes. Every setup is delivered only after live test calls (inbound and outbound), extension and IVR checks, and a short walkthrough so you can manage day-to-day changes yourself.

Got straight to work diagnosing my 3CX issue. Found the problem in no time and was able to provide instructions on how I could resolve the issue outside of office hours (for downtime mitigation). Would be happy to use again for IP Phone issues.
