I will do cpanel migration, whm or plesk server transfer with zero downtime

About this gig
Moving hosting is the kind of job where nothing goes wrong for hours and then all the email stops. I have done these since 2009, and the reason mine are quiet is the order I do them in, not luck.
I move cPanel, WHM, Plesk and DirectAdmin accounts, and whole servers. It does not matter what the sites are built with: WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Laravel, OpenCart or plain PHP all come across the same way.
First I take a full backup of the source. Nothing is touched until that backup exists and I have checked it restores.
Then I copy everything across while the old server is still live: files, databases, email with the mail intact, cron jobs, FTP users, DNS zones and SSL. Your sites keep running throughout.
Once the copy is verified I lower your DNS TTL, switch the records, and keep both servers live in parallel until propagation finishes. That overlap is what stops you losing mail.
Then I test. Every site loads, every database connects, mail sends and receives, SSL is valid, forms work.
I do not run a one-click transfer tool and walk away. If something does not come across cleanly I fix it by hand.
Tell me your source and destination and I will quote it.

FAQ
Will my sites go down during the move?
No. The new server is built and tested while the old one is still serving your visitors. The only change at the end is a DNS record, and I keep both servers live through propagation so nothing is lost.
Will I lose emails during the move?
No. Mailboxes are copied with their contents, and both servers accept mail while DNS propagates. Anything that lands on the old server during that window is synced across before I close the order.
What if the new host is not cPanel?
That is fine. I do cPanel to Plesk, cPanel to DirectAdmin, either of those to plain Linux, and the other way round. Cross-panel moves take longer because settings do not map one to one, so message me first and I will quote it.
Do you need my hosting passwords?
I need root or WHM access to both servers. Send credentials as a file attachment rather than a chat message, and change them once the job is done. That is sensible practice with any freelancer, not just me.
What if something breaks a week later?
The Full server package includes 30 days of support. On the smaller packages, message me anyway. If it is something I caused during the migration, I fix it free.
