Choose the scope you need:
BASIC: review one WHMCS installation and correct one agreed configuration issue.
STANDARD: configure up to 5 products, 1 hosting server, 1 payment gateway and 1 registrar integration.
PREMIUM: configure up to 10 products, 2 hosting servers, 2 payment gateways and 1 registrar integration, plus automation and client email settings.
Every package includes a change log and verification report. Setup packages include agreed test orders and provisioning checks using a sandbox or buyer-approved test account.
You supply valid licenses and compatible provider accounts. Custom modules, theme development, migrations, paid licenses and ongoing support are excluded.
Before production changes, we agree access, backup or rollback and a maintenance window. Revisions cover the original scope only.

Can you work on an existing WHMCS installation?
Yes. Basic covers one agreed configuration issue in one existing installation. For a wider setup, I will confirm the product and integration counts before you order.
Are WHMCS licenses and paid modules included?
No. You provide valid WHMCS and control-panel licenses, supported modules, hosting and provider accounts. I configure supported integrations; custom development needs a separate scope.
Will testing charge customers or register real domains?
We use sandbox or test modes where supported. Any live payment, registration or provisioning test needs your explicit approval and a dedicated test account. Third-party charges are not included.
How will you access and change my system?
We agree the changes, backup or rollback plan and maintenance window first. Provide temporary least-privilege access through an approved private method. Do not place passwords in public fields. Revoke access after handover.
What do I receive and what do revisions cover?
You receive a change log, verification results and handover notes. Revisions correct the agreed configuration; extra products, new integrations, migration and ongoing administration require a separate order.
