I will build a fresh b2b lead list from google maps for cold email outreach
About this gig
STOP BUYING RECYCLED DATABASES
Most B2B lists were sold to a hundred people before you. I build yours from scratch, the day you order.
WHAT YOU GET - a clean Excel/CSV, one row per business:
- Name, category, full address and city
- Phone number and website URL
- Google rating and review count
- Public contact email, where one is published
- Email-status column, so every blank is explained
HOW IT WORKS
1. Send me the niche and city, or a list of them.
2. I pull the businesses through the official Google Places API and remove duplicates.
3. I visit each website and collect the public contact email.
4. You get the file in 2-7 days, depending on the package.
WHAT I WILL NOT CLAIM
- Not every business publishes an email. Many use contact forms only. Expect blanks, and the file tells you why.
- I do not call or verify phone numbers. They are what the business publishes.
- Too narrow a target to fill the package? I tell you before you order, instead of padding it.
PERFECT FOR
Cold email, cold calling, web design and SEO freelancers, local agencies, sales teams.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Message me your niche and city for a free 10-row sample, so you can judge the data before you pay.

FAQ
Can you really deliver 1500 leads for any niche and city?
Depends on the target. A broad niche in a large city, yes. A narrow niche in a small town may simply not have 1500 businesses listed. Message me the niche and city first and I will tell you the realistic number before you order, instead of padding the file.
Where does the data come from?
Business details come through the official Google Places API on my own paid account, not from scraping Google Maps. Emails come from each business's own public website. I respect robots.txt: if a site asks automated visitors to stay out, I skip it and say so in the file.
What percentage of the rows will have an email?
I will not quote a percentage I cannot guarantee, because it depends entirely on the niche. Some sectors publish emails everywhere, others use contact forms only. Every row without an email carries a reason in the Email Status column, so you always know what you are looking at.
What exactly do I get for "250 leads"?
250 rows in the final file — each a real business with name, address, phone, website, rating and reviews, plus a public email where one exists. If you ask for filters, I process far more than 250 so that 250 rows survive the filter.
Why does a filtered list cost more?
Because the price follows the work, not the row count. Real numbers from a run in Athens: 63% of car repair shops have no website, but only 20% of physiotherapy clinics. To deliver 200 businesses without a website I process about 320 in one case and about 1,000 in the other. Tell me your industry an
Will every row have an email?
No, and I will not pretend otherwise. Emails come from each business's own public website. Where there is none, the cell tells you why: no website, contact form only, blocked by robots.txt, or site down. You always know what you got and what you did not.
How much can you find in one city?
Each search term returns up to 60 results, so real coverage comes from many precise searches — by neighbourhood and by sub-industry — rather than one broad one. That is why I ask for detail: it changes both the size and the quality of your list.
