I will set up a property management web app for your buildings and adapt it live

About this gig
Incidents arrive by WhatsApp. Meetings run on paper notices. Nobody knows which fees came back unpaid until the bank statement. With several buildings, that is your whole week.
I built a web app for property managers and building presidents. It already works:
- Incidents with a supplier assigned and an automatic notice to the residents.
- Meetings with voting from the phone, and the minutes generated when you close them.
- Fees, special levies and consumption per resident, with returned payments in plain sight.
- Each resident sees their building, fees and notices on their phone.
How this gig works:
1. You order and tell me how you manage your buildings today, with 2 or 3 building names and their size.
2. I load them into the app and you get 7 days of access to try it with made-up residents.
3. On Standard and Premium we get on a 45-minute video call: we run a meeting with voting and look at returned fees.
4. You leave with a clear list of what would change to make it yours.
Every real project is adjusted afterwards to your case, with a written proposal before any work starts.
The demo only uses made-up data. Please don't send me real data of residents.

FAQ
Do residents need to install anything?
No. Each resident gets a link, opens it in the phone browser and sees their building, fees and notices. No app store.
Can owners vote in meetings from their phone?
Yes. You open the meeting, each owner votes from their phone, and the minutes are generated when you close it, with the result of every point.
Is this my final app?
Not yet. This gig is the first step: you see a working app shaped like your buildings. Turning it into your own app, with your logo and your data, is a separate project with a written quote first.
I manage many buildings. Does it handle all of them?
Yes. You switch between buildings from one account, and each resident only sees their own. On the call we load a few of yours (with made-up names) so you see it at your size.
