Management Achievements Fast-Track Delivery: Successfully moved the project from groundbreaking in October to a fully erected structure by December 19th, meeting a high-priority client deadline. Workflow Integration: Orchestrated 24/7 or double-shift scheduling when necessary, managing crew rotations to maximize "hook time" for cranes without compromising safety. Resource Optimization: Coordinated the precision delivery of steel components to a congested site, eliminating double-handling and reducing on-site logistics delays. Budget & Compliance: Maintained strict financial control over an expedited budget, ensuring that "speed to market" did not result in cost overruns or safety violations.
