Communication was difficult. The project was a simple 5.5 wide x 8.5 tall text print (5 x 8 trim). The project - a simple typesetting gig (1 headline, text, and a company/website/phone slug on the bottom) took too many revisions. It was clear the seller didn't understand the very simple specs.
