Can you add an AI step?
Yes, for sorting, summarising or drafting text, using an AI service account in your name. I tell you the likely running cost before you order.
What if it needs more than the package?
You are told before any work starts, with a written quote or a custom offer.
What does the warranty cover?
For 30 days, any defect against the agreed scope is fixed free. New steps or features are a new order.
Are there written terms?
