An n8n, Make or Zapier workflow that fails, skips steps or sends duplicates? A Python or Node script that stopped working? Export the workflow (or send the script). It is fixed and tested on a copy with sample data, and you import it back. Your live accounts are never accessed.
Message before ordering with the error and what the automation should do, so I can confirm the fix fits the package.
You get: the fixed workflow file (or script), a test-run log on sample data, plain-English notes on what changed and a checklist for your first live run. Steps calling outside services are tested with stand-in responses; the first real run happens in your account, with the checklist.
How it works: I make and test the fix on a copy, then re-check it before delivery. Remove passwords, API keys and real customer data before sending. 30-day warranty on the delivered fix; to the extent the law allows, liability is capped at the fee paid. Working copies are kept 30 days to support your re-check or warranty, then deleted unless you ask.

No. Only the exported file or script is used. It is tested on a separate copy with sample data and stand-in responses, and you do the first real run in your account with the checklist.

Yes, from an export or a shared copy of the scenario, never a login. I fix it on a copy, test it in my sandbox, and you run the final live check from my written checklist.
Who does the work?
I do, using AI tools, always against a written process. I make and test the fix on a copy, and the change is re-checked in a second review pass before delivery.
What if the fix needs more than the package?
You are told before any fix work starts: cancel through Fiverr's cancellation process, or get a written quote.
What does the warranty cover?
For 30 days, any defect in the delivered fix against the agreed problem is corrected free. New steps or new features are a new order.
