Installation is as simple as copying and pasting a single line of script code right before the </body> tag of your site. It works seamlessly with WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and custom HTML.
Can the chatbot make up wrong information or prices?
No. The AI is strictly trained on the business data you provide in your onboarding form. If a visitor asks something outside of your FAQ, the chatbot is programmed to politely state that it doesn't know and redirects them to your phone number or email.
Do I need to create my own AI API accounts or handle server technical setups?
