What if the answer is not in my documents?
The assistant says it doesn't know instead of guessing, and can pass the question to a person. Every answer cites the document and page it came from, so you can check it.
Which documents can you use?
PDF, Word, text files, web pages and FAQ lists. Scanned PDFs need text recognition (OCR) first, so tell me if yours are scanned. Large libraries go in the Premium package.
Who pays for the AI usage?
You use your own API key (Claude, OpenAI or Gemini), so you pay the provider directly and keep full control. Before we start, I estimate the monthly cost for your volume.
Is my data safe?
Your documents are used only for your assistant and are never shared. With Premium, everything runs on your own server. If you want, I delete my working copies after delivery.
Do you use AI tools to build it?
Yes. I develop with AI coding assistants (Claude Code) and check the result with automated tests and an accuracy test on your real questions.
