• Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations at 1:50 or 1:100 scale

The Standard Drawings Package includes:

• See Premium Package below, excluding planning/ CIL form & Submission

The Premium Services Package includes:

• Setting out the brief
• Development of design to suit the brief
• Location Plan at 1:1250 scale - requires OS CAD map to be procured from 3rd party
• Block Plan at 1:500 or 1:200 scale
• Existing Floor Plans and Elevations at 1:50 or 1:100 scale
• Proposed Floor Plans and Elevations at 1:50 or 1:100 scale
• Proposed Section at 1:50 or 1:100 scale
• Completing the planning and CIL form on your behalf
• Fire Statement if located in London
• Submission on the planning portal on your behalf
