What do you need from me?
In order to install the Chat Bot, I will need access to your website. You'll be asked to put the requirements during the order process. All information provided will be kept confidential.
What is a Chatbot?
A Chatbot simulates human conversation by responding to certain phrases with programmed responses.
How will I be able to chat with my visitors?
You'll be able to do it from a specific app made for this purpose. It can be installed on smartphones, tablets and PC. You'll get a notification when a visitor wants to contact you and you'll be able to immediately reply to him.
Why should I use chatbots?
Nobody wants to waste time answering the same questions. Chatbots can handle the most asked requests. What may you get? More time and a loyal client.
Can the chatbot answer in different languages?
Yes, I can create a multi lingual chatbot. Please contact me for further information.
On which website can Tidio be installed?
Pretty much all websites: WordPress, Shopify, PestaShop, Magento, WooCommerce, html websites, php etc... For Wix Websites you'll need to have a Wix Pro Plan. It cannot be installed on Tumblr Pages.
Can you integrate it with my CRM or other Third-Party apps?
The integration with AgileCRM, Zendesk Sell, Mailchimp, Hubspot, pipedrive, Zendesk is included on request with the Standard / Premium package. If you want to integrate with Zapier or a third-party app which is not listed above, please contact me.
Are there any limits?
You can start on Tidio's free plan, live chat and scripted bots are included. Lyro AI has a free monthly allowance, then Tidio charges per conversation. Tidio subscriptions are billed by you directly to Tidio; my price covers the setup and bot building only.
