I am a freelance AI Automation Specialist focused on helping businesses simplify repetitive tasks and improve their workflows using Make.com and AI-powered tools. My experience includes building workflow automations, connecting apps through APIs and webhooks, integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, and creating multi-step processes for tasks such as email management, data processing, lead handling, notifications, and Google Sheets automation. I approach every project by first understanding the client’s existing process, identifying repetitive tasks, and then creating an automation that is simple, reliable, and easy to maintain. I also test workflows carefully to make sure triggers, actions, filters, and data transfers work as expected. My key areas of expertise include: • Make.com workflow automation • AI and ChatGPT/OpenAI integration • API and webhook connections • Google Sheets and Gmail automation • Business process automation • Data processing and organization • Multi-step workflow design • Automation troubleshooting and optimization My goal is to help clients save time, reduce manual work, minimize repetitive tasks, and create smarter business processes. I focus on clear communication, attention to detail, and solutions tailored to each client’s specific workflow and requirements.
