I design and structure newsletter ecosystems that help creators and businesses turn content into organized, scalable audience experiences. My work covers Substack publication setup and promotion, Beehiiv newsletter websites and automations, and Kit/ConvertKit email sequences, landing pages, and subscriber journeys. Rather than treating newsletters as standalone emails, I focus on the complete reader journeyfrom discovery and subscription to automation, engagement, and long-term audience development.
