Can you include supplement items the insurance company missed?
Yes, this is included in the Premium package. Send me the original adjuster estimate and I'll identify commonly missed code items and materials.
What information do you need to start?
Property address, roof type/pitch/condition, any photos or measurements, and the insurance carrier name if this is for a claim.
Do you guarantee the estimate will be approved?
I can't guarantee adjuster approval, since that's the carrier's decision — but every estimate is built to current pricing, code requirements, and standard documentation practices to give it the best chance of holding up.
