The client needed a centralized platform where they could manage client data, monitor project progress, and streamline daily operations, but traditional software development was far too expensive and time-consuming for their budget. I designed and built a custom no-code web application tailored specifically to their workflow. The system included client dashboards, structured databases, automated task flows, and easy-to-use internal tools that allowed the team to manage everything from one place. Special attention was given to usability so that non-technical staff could operate the system without confusion or ongoing developer support. The new platform replaced multiple disconnected tools with one organized solution, reducing manual work and improving overall efficiency.
