I gained hands-on experience as an IT/Network Support Intern at CloudMtaani Solutions, where I supported the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ISP network infrastructure. My responsibilities included installing and aligning Ubiquiti and MikroTik wireless equipment, terminating CAT6 Ethernet cables, configuring routers, Wi-Fi networks, and hotspot systems, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
