The project had numerous errors. I ended up having to redo all the research on the Board members for the SWOT analysis. It appears to me that Stephen O does not know how to doa SWOT analysis and/or is not willing to pay attention to detail. I lost time and money due to Stephen O’s subpar work.

The seller doesn't follow basic instructions even when given thorough details/ guidelines and tools to utilize. He likes to reinvent the wheel, has a horrible attitude, and is not patient.
