No, after I setup conversion tracking, it is up to you to create the necessary reports you want in GA4 or Looker Studio.
What Events/Conversions Will You Set Up For Lead Gen?
Every business has different needs, but my typical setup includes some combination of tracking for lead form submissions, calls, booked calls, and e-mail list signups.
What Events/Conversions Will You Set Up For E-commerce?
I always set up sales value tracking that can be imported into Google Ads as a primary conversion. I do NOT set up any other type of e-commerce events such as Add To Cart, Payment Info Added, etc as primary conversions in order to ensure that Google Ads is only optimizing toward sales.
