Greetings, screenwriters. Frustrated? Stuck? Lost? Getting conflicting feedback from friends and family? Is my script any good...?
We've all been there. Including myself. Me? I'm a TV writer and screenwriter, as well as a former development executive and script consultant.
I've read a lot of scripts. A lot of them. And it's been a twenty year journey in the business to understand what makes a script good. As I like to say, anyone can tell you what's wrong with your script, it takes a real artist to tell you what's right with it. And that's what I offer. I will read your screenplay and create story and character notes, highlighting problems and areas of concern, but will also focus on what's working and how to build on that.
Also, as I work in the industry, I'll offer marketing thoughts, as to how best get your script into the right hands or a best path to a sale. After all, we aren't just storytellers; we're trying to make a sale.

Absolutely. I have a separate gig for that.
Why should I use you?
I've sold screenplays, written for television, and been a development executive for a feature film company. I understand the world of script writing from the creative and the business side.
Do you do coverage?
Coverage is not what I'm offering, though I'd be glad to do it for the fee. My expertise is in story structure and dialog/characters, so I'd rather give you feedback rather than a synopsis of your scripts and some thoughts on the writing. I'm here to be a virtual mentor.
